What types of cards do you offer?
We offer four card tiers: Virtual Card, Platinum Card, Black Card, and Kings Card. Each tier has different benefits, fees, and spending limits. Virtual cards are unlimited in quantity, while Kings Cards are limited to 8888 globally.
How can I register for 3D Secure (3DS ) (formerly Verified by Visa)?
As a consumer, there’s nothing you need to register for 3D Secure (3DS ). Issuers (a financial institution, like a bank or a credit union) handle the authentication that 3D Secure (3DS ) provides. Your online transactions are secured through Visa and our enhanced security makes purchasing more seamless—while still protecting you from fraud. For 3D Secure (3DS ) pricing, please refer to the "KINGS Card Fee Schedule".

What are the card opening fees?
Card opening fees vary by tier: Virtual Card: 8.8 USDT, Platinum Card: 88 USDT, Black Card: 888 USDT, Kings Card: 8888 USDT + 8888 KING tokens.
What are the recharge fees?
Recharge fees are 3% for Virtual, Platinum, and Black cards, and 1.5% for Kings Cards.
What are the transaction fees?
Authorization successful: Transaction successful 0.5% per transaction, minimum 0.4 USD
Authorization Failed: The transaction was unsuccessful, but authorization has been performed. $0.10 per transaction.
Special regional additional fees: All cards will be charged an additional $0.5 per transaction fee when transacting in mainland China.

What are the ATM withdrawal fees?
ATM withdrawals are not supported for Virtual Cards. For Platinum, Black, and Kings Cards, ATM withdrawal fees are 2% + fixed USD 2 per transaction.
