How do I apply for a card?
You can apply for a card by visiting our registration page at https://payfi.8.top/register?invite=mpj0r1. You'll need to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to get approved.
What is the KYC requirement?
KYC (Know Your Customer) is a mandatory verification process required by financial regulations. You'll need to provide identification documents such as a passport or government-issued ID, and in some cases proof of address.
How long does card approval take?
Card approval typically takes 1-3 business days after completing KYC verification. Virtual cards are usually activated immediately after approval, while physical cards may take additional time for shipping depending on your location.
Can I modify the bound email?
Please use a common email for registration. After successful registration, a unique UID will be generated (e.g., 8888-xxxx-xxxx). Once the user completes real-name verification (KYC), the system will not support modifying the bound email.
